What about the houses on Curry that are in total disrepair, just waiting for their big payday? Why aren't they being cited for code violations, like railings, windows, etc?  How come nobody is complaining about those?

I don't see anyone selling property to anyone other than the developers in this project.  Even if they have to pay taxes on these propertys for the next 10 .. 15 .. 20 years, it's still worthwhile to hang on.  The deal WILL happen, it's just a matter of which administration makes it happen.

I don't see this going any other way.  The only ones being hurt are the home owners that have buyout  offers / contracts from the developer.  They can't do ANYTHING with their properties are released from the contract.  Hope nobody wanted to move anytime soon.

A dead end was a great compromise to all the concerns, and the PC blew it.  Kudos to the member (who shall remain nameless) that voted to move it forward.


I have concerns about the homes on Curry Rd. that seemed to have been left to decay too. And I do agree that something will eventually happen on that corner. I also praise the member of the Planning Board who had the courage and foresight to stand up and vote yes. You sir are a hero.

No I do not reside in the area in question. I was replying to the vulgar comments of poster Hamburg. I and my family have endured senseless harassment and bullying for many years because of our views and also because some suffer from a glandular condition which has resulted in obesity. I share this only because I see no need for the bullying and harassment some on this forum have had to endure. Surely we can communicate and debate as mature adults.

DV will come out and explain that I'm sure.   Let's guess, it will be ignored because the renaissance is going forth into Rotterdam too and they will make those dual roundabouts there so to hell with any houses that are there, the other residents must put up with the crap, doens't matter how low their property values go, as long as the dems spend the taxpayers' money
