There's strong opposition to this - but it'll pass unless the residents get out there and vote NO.  The FD and cronies are stacking the deck here folks - they've got the YES votes in the membership to pass.  If you're happy paying higher taxes, stay home and don't vote.  If you want to let these folks know that you're not gonna sit back and take it anymore, get out and vote NO, tonight!

Just got some phone calls saying that someone should check the sign at the pine grove fire dept regarding today's vote. Has anyone seen it or heard anything?

After placing an X for your vote, the paper ballot was folded in half and placed into a small wooden box. No voting machine and it didn't look too secure a way to conduct a vote.
