dvor - it doesnt bother you that the first project that is completed in rotterdam directly benefits the chair of the RIDA??  I wish the town would come by and tear down the two ugly houses on my street, i bet that would raise my propertly value -

And the chair of the RIDA just happens to be trying to sell and has been for some time now, from what I hear.

He's too busy defending not finding a body in an active arson scene for 3 weeks.

This does explain why RIDA money was dumped into this "renaissance" project.

Yes, just like the Golub Project he was touting 1/1/11!  Lost all the office jobs to Schenectady, relocated Dunnsville Road for a possible warehouse expansion that may never happen.  Lost assessed value, lost Rotterdam jobs, lost revenue to local businesses that depended on these people to buy goods and services in Rotterdam.

"Mr. Del Gallo, you did more than good ... you did great.   Keep up the good
work in 2011."

Oh, and for the record -  LOL

The Golub Corporation decision to move its offices to College Park in Schenectady was made LONG before
Mr. Del Gallo even announced he was running for Town Supervisor ....
the fact is that the Recovery Room-Berkshire Bank project is a WIN for Rotterdam ...  and you are both
too stupid to know the facts and too jealous to give credit where credit is due.

BTW -- both attributes - the stupidity and the jealousy are not humorous ... just pathetic.

I never defended anything in regard to the arson investigation --- I said it is too soon to make
comments because we don't know all the facts.
Get your facts straight -- and stop lying.

Far from stupid!  The only stupid one is he/she that chose not to address the issues brought forward.  As far as jealous, couldn't care less.  Rotterdam is, and always will be a sh!t hole no matter how many gin mills and banks you saturate it with.

How many facts do you need before you call a spade a spade? Let's wait until the public wrath subsides so we can cook up a better story? So much for defending the less fortunate on the lower economic rungs.

If you feel that way - no one is forcing you to stay.

You folks make me physically sick -- constant whining and tearing down your community.  Never lending
a hand or breaking a sweat to try to improve things.

Do everyone else in town who really cares a favor ... move away  .. far away  ..  make room for folks
who will have community spirit and will work together with those of us who love our town.

First, you assume I live in rotterdam.  Second, freedom of speech (remember)!  Your barometer of municipal success is so out of touch with main stream residents it makes us all sick.  You and your ilk need to pay a little closer attention to what is being said on this forum, by those in the know!

BTW:  I can't move away, I live with my Aunts, and I got no job!

I was interested to learn that the stadium seats are from Giants stadium from an earlier post here.  When the place opens up I would be interested to check the area as when I drive by it does not look like they have provided an area for someone in a wheelchair to use the space.....

You are just jealous that I am doing well enough with my personal investments that I can afford to
enjoy a different lifestyle than you  ... and apparently, you have no concept of family values and are
jealous of the fact that I am helping my aunts in their golden years.

BTW -- I seriously doubt that you are one of the folks "in the know" since you don't display any measure
of knowledge or intelligence in your posts.

HA HA HA!  You are the entertainment value of the Forum, nothing more . . . . .

BTW -- Your Aunts are taking care of you, but you can package it otherwise if it makes you feel more comfortable!

It is nice to be unemployed and a loser filching off the elderly aunts at the Bates Motel.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."
