this admistration is an absolute joke from top to bottom

the super was quoted in the paper as saying there is nothing wrong with what is going on at westside track, really??  it gave ND a headache after five minutes.......

and dont give GP a pass on this either, he dropped the ball last year when this first became an issue.  Just this year when the residents brought the issue before this administration, he himself said that he forgot about it, or whatever, because he was supposed to help alter the current code, as town attorney, allowing for use of atv on property for work, snow removal etc.  which was a legitamate concern and would make the code easier to enforce.

anybody can see evidence that it is being used as a racetrack!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

an aboslute sh@tstorm by this administration, if any of them get reelected i would be surprised..........

oh an dvr - quit covering for these clowns and hold them responsible, all they have done is pretty much let county dems tell them what to do

Didn't you  know?............DVR is a good party soldier!! How else would one get into rotterdam's town clerk office? Qualifications? Hardly....qualifications isn't in their vocabulary.

As I have said all along -- I agree that it is a racetrack -- the trouble is that in order to enforce the
law .. the building inspector has to actually see it being operated as a racetrack .. and make a
ruling whether it is or is not a race track.    If he rules it is a racetrack then he can write a citation ..
if he rules that it is not .. then the residents would have some recourse to the Zoning Board of
Appeals.

Finally, I am NOT covering for anyone .. they don't pay me anything .. let alone enough to cover
for them.

Yet no one calls it imposing morality to prohibit the taking of life after a child is born. We’re told about a woman’s right to control her own body. But doesn’t the unborn child have a higher right, and that is to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness?” – Ronald Reagan

B.S.

a noise complaint to cops from residents should be enough,

supervisor should have visited and acknowledged the day after it was brought before administration and addressed the issue.

total failure on their part

fdg should resign in disgrace over this issue alone, for failure to acknowledge a problem, failure to understand the impact on residents, failure to enforce code - or have code updated so that i can be enforced :  Its a small issue but shows you how this adminstration handles things that effect the day to day lives of residents

unacceptable!!!

Then I suggest that you call the Town Attorney's office and they can explain the situation ..the
same way that they explained it at the Agenda Meeting.

BTW .. you mention "a noise complaint to the cops"  .. has anyone called the police to file a
noise complaint?

Don't bother wasting your time...you'll get the same BS excuses we heard at the agenda meeting. Ask DiLeva or Parisi...they are
the only ones intolerant of those excuses...demanding that code enforcers do their jobs or face termination. Period.

And btw...we are off topic here...shouldn't this discussion continue under the Westside racetrack thread????

Under SS Savage and the "working together idiots" the entire County is becoming a dog park. We are beyond just going to the dogs. Getting harder to find a REP to pin the fiscal mess on.

We can pin the blame on Senator Farley,

You guys have been doing that for years - you don't actually run for office and have to make the
tough decisions - you just gripe and complain.

That's why it's time to throw all incumbents out of office and impose term limits to prevent any more career politicians.

We can pin the blame on Senator Farley,

Sen Farley is the reason Mayor SOS and his pathetic DEM rubber stamps created a $13 MILLION deficit? Sen Farley is the reason SS Savage lies to everyone about a County nursing home? Did Sen Farley create her racist Goebels commercial too?

Working together idiots to raise taxes and blame their incompetence on the anyone else. C'mon REP tidal wave!

Ms. Savage has not lied to anyone about a county nursing home nor has she made any racist
commercials.
Can you answer the question --- what has Senator Hugh "double-dipper, do-nothing" Farley
done for US lately ?????????
