It was an affadavit for the ASSESSOR"S OFFICE.  Not a will or a deed or a banl loan or a promissary note.  Craig Surprise knew the person was confused by the process.  Instead of denying the affadavit based on a death, which changes the whole affadavit application BEFORE notorization, Surprise told the individual to go upstairs specifically and have EUNICE notarize it.  Dawn P should have been the Town Official that processed that affadavit NOT EE.  EE was set up days before the election and the GOP know it.  They had a plan and it backfired just like that sly dog Craig Surprise's lowering of Steve T bro's assessment backfired.  HeHeHeHe   

Any truth GL that a former board member got his AV reduced????  Hmmmm Who is JP?  KR once again got used and put out to the curb with the trash.  GP had her do the dirty work.  I hear that there is a phone record of Surprises's call to GP.  I also hear that a well informed TH emplyee is singing like Ethel Mermen to save his/her job.  HeHeHeHe

I heard Nicki got her assessment reduced, I guess that too is the fraud of Surprise. First ST's brother now Nicki. Who are you guys gonna say is in on this conspiracy next? Give it up! Their assessments were too high and they got reduced based on the system.

No not fraud.  Just a stupid political blunder on the part of Surprise.  Nikki got a reduction is news to me. The notary issue is dead.  EE was set up It backfired and now the GOP are in complete denial as to why they are OUT!!!!!!!!!!!

I get it now! If someone serves on the town board, or someone is the relative of someone that serves on the town board, if their assessment is too high they should be prohibited from fixing it. That makes sense! If you serve the people you should also get screwed on your ASSessment...goes with the territory.

I don't care who sent whoever to EE to have something notarized. It was still EE's responsibility to verify signatures. As far as it being a set up..................perhaps....but that is rotterdam for ya. Don't expect anything better from either party anymore. It is still a sh!thole!

I didn't set up anyone MT...and unlike many here, I will take responsibility for my part. All I did was address the facts...just as EE,
and EE alone, is responsible for her own actions.

KR I don't think you set up EE.  I think you were persuaded by GP to bring this notary caper to light after the fact.  This was sent to DOS days before the election.  State Agencies do not get involved in political hyjinks.  I believe you are right in your other post that EE should have sent the affadavit to Dawn.  Has anyone wondered if Dawn notarized one or more of these affadavits inproperly?  I'm sure the rules are bent by notaries all over NYS.  The stakes were high to GP and the Fiorillo Dream Team and they needed a silver bullit to win that election in spite of Lynn F having every line imanginable.  It BACKFIRED!!!!  To save face you felt the need to publically ridicule an eighty something elected official who has done more good for this town than the entire Tomassone, Paolino, Signore Admins. combined.
