Damn straight DV.....they failed to tell the woman she did not have to sign her dead's spouses name.  Check the person's preceding affadavits....bet that would shed some light on it.  Find those DVR and you got a conspiracy charge.

That only indicates to me that nobody there compromised the law to illegally notarize a document that didn't have the correct LIVING person on it - and they knew it.  Kudos to the assessors office for not being so careless!

That indicates that they knew it was illegal ...  if they knew it did not have the correct LIVING person on it ..why did they send the person upstairs?

Again,  I ask do you keep making stupid comments because you CAN'T understand or because you
WON'T or don't want to understand ?

“And yet our opponents tell us not to interfere with abortion. They tell us not to impose our morality on those who wish to allow or participate in the taking of the life of infants before birth. Yet no one calls it imposing morality to prohibit the taking of life after a child is born. We’re told about a woman’s right to control her own body. But doesn’t the unborn child have a higher right, and that is to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness?” – Ronald Reagan

There's no one saying "they sent her upstairs" other than you.  They told her it needed to be notarized, that's it.

Careless my fanny......they should have explained to the woman that she did not have to sign her deceased spouses name even though it appeared on the affadavit.  Kudos to the assessor's office for misleading the public but what else is new with that crew......

Yeah knowing that EE never refused anyone who was sent up to her by the assessor's office.  Face it MT EE trusted them and they stuck it to her.   WHY???  Because they are rotten apples in that office.

The way I see it, the only "rotten apples" are the ones that already admitted breaking the law, losing their license and suddenly taking an extend "vacation".  Seems there's more to this story than meets the eye.

Don't forget - EE's "indiscretions" not only including notarizing something for a dead person, but there's also the issue of the handicapped parking permits, dog licenses (hmm... ya, EE, of course my dog had her rabies shots), fubar'd marriage licenses and more.

Pathetic.

MT is such a buffoon ... first he/she applauds the Assessor's office for noticing that the person for whom
the document was to be notarized was not living ... but he/she says that the Assessor's office just said "have it
notarized"  or didn't say anything at all.     Your story keeps changing.

BTW -- IF the Assessor's Office knew that the person was not living -- as MT stated when he/she applauded
them ... and then, knowing the person was not living, sent them anywhere to have it notarized ...  they are
at least guilty of NOT doing there job properly.    If they knew the person was dead, they should have said ..
this person does not qualify for an exemption because the person is dead.

How ignorant is MT and the rest of the Nattering Nayboobs of Negativity that they don't comprehend
simple logic ??????       Again is it because they  CAN'T understand or because they just don't want to
understand ??????

On brother...........rotterdamians just love this bullcrap!! This Eunie thing will go on and on and on and on!

But people are a bit confused here. Eunie hasn't been at her job in 10 months because she feels that she was set up?
Don't make much sense here. Rotterdam's town hall is crawling with dems. Not to mention that Eunie always appeared to be a thick skinned hard a$$ that could handle anything...............no?

What is she running or hiding from? Don't make sense!

Eunice is on an extended medical leave per the request of her doctor.

In reality, EE notorized an affadavit for a living person who just followed orders of the administrating office for her yearly exemption from the assessor's office.  It was blown out of proportion to make EE look like a common criminal by a bunch of snakes, crawling around town hall who chow down on Gadflys days before the election.  And to think Lynn Fiorillo new about this caper and did not disavow any invovlement.  Poppycock.  This was a political "hit," the kind Gadfly and GP live for.  Too bad it took the Assessor and his staff over the side of the boat with them two kooks.

Not FBI level but prolly local DA.

Oh,,you mean like the "stolen pearl gun handles" investigation??   Big crime there!!!

What an embarrassment that was for the DemsCons. We'll see if Carney will walk into Rotterdam again to conduct a B.S. investigation just to settle a political score.

Cis you are such a loudmouth.  You Rep./Cons know exactly what happened to Eunie.  BT you are a horror to continue to attack her.  She was set-up and YOU KNOW IT!  She has had a lot of physical problems and copuple that with the loss of her son.  What a total jerk you are to keep attacking her in such a viscious way.  Rasputin is correct--too bad the game you all played didn't go better for the Reps.  Surprise Surprise --you all fell so far into the water that none of you will get elected again.

What is shameful is the Democratic leadership running Eunice at that age, knowing all the physical problems she was having.  Anything to retain a seat.

No not the pearl handles......the investagation by the FBI into the dealings of the Signore/Tomassone regime would be more like it.  Cost Joe the election and ended up dooming Tomassone for his bone head, dirty tactics.  Clean out the barn FDG.  The place still reeks of Steve and Joe's bull-s-h-i-t!!!!!!

Yeah, she notarized the document of a dead person, and hands out handicap parking tags like candy, without doctors notes.  Other than that, on a personal level, she's a wonderful pleasant woman.

You need to separate her professional reputation from her personal reputation.  I don't think anybody is attacking Eunice on a personal level.  Just because looney's in Rotterdam define themselves through politics isn't my problem.
