Nobody wants Eunice to resign.

Oh?  Better she resign than being removed from office by a judge, wouldn't you say?

Is there a meeting tomorrow night? I thought there wasn't one until the 24th. Can anyone confirm?

Typically a forum is a meeting where people discuss issues that are let to subtopics via sub forums.  A blog is a log of postings usually by one author, and people might comment on the authors topic, usually making a single statement of approval, disapproval, or maybe even asking a question.  The comments are not always responded to by the author, but most typical are.

I have a dork card to prove my intense knowledge in these areas

So more like Cantaloupe...... Honeydew.

I don't spell check!  Sorry...

By her own admission, Eunice violated the law.  She should lose her notary license and either resign
or be removed by the Town Board.  It is not for each of us to decide which laws we choose to obey and
which we elect to disregard.

Didn't the oath that she took contain a commitment to uphold the law?

It would be interesting to see what the outcome of this would have been if the reps held the majority. Betcha they wouldn't have done anything either! That is rotterdam folks!

She was just trying to help people by lying that she saw them in person. She had good intention and furthermore, I think it was am Abscam-type sting operation like they tried on poor John Murtha.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

BINGO!  As I hear, it is the smoking gun to expediate the departure of another Department Head, the new admin has been looking to eliminate from TH since they took office.  Surprises come wrapped in neat little packages when you least expect them.

However it happened, by political "motivation" or just coincidental, the fact is, she did it ... admitted to doing it and now that must be addressed by the courts.  Town Board can't remove her, she's elected by the people. She'd either have to resign or be removed by a judge. Either way, it's a disgrace to an otherwise admirable career. Certainly she was a foundation in Rotterdam for many years, and I think others, as well as myself, thank her for her service, but now it's time to go.
