The only thing I support is the legal recognition of the fetus as a human life.  I don't support anything that has to do with banning abortion or enforcement of a ban.  The first step is to recognize the fetus has a natural right to life.

This is why Debbie and box cannot answer the question directly whether a 7 pound fetus should be legally recognized as a person.  They continue to talk about abortion.  Abortion is about the right to end a pregnancy and not about terminating a viable and legally recognized human life.  Legally, it's two separate conversations.

You can legally recognize the fetus and still have legal abortion.  A fetus would just become a victim of a justifiable homicide, or assisted infanticide based on however the abortion laws are written in each state.  But now the fetus would be legally recognized, and it wouldn't just be a pregnancy aborted, but rather a human life was ended.

Democrats are going to have to answer, is a 7 pound fetus a viable human life, and if so, should its natural rights be protected.

You actually are reasonable and half the country would likely agree that a fetus should be recognized as a human life.

The other half would consider it an attack on their rights.

I cannot answer??? LMAO!  I've answered a dozen times.  A fetus is a human being at birth.  Just like it
says in the bible... when a fetus takes a breath, its a human being.
Really Cissy... you're even going to lie about this???
You have no shame!

Great!  I apologize...I hope Debbie Deathermann follows your lead and has the courage to tell America the same thin that 7 pound fetus' are not human beings.

I can see it now, an ad with an ultrasound 4D video of a 7 pound fetus, with Debbie's face saying it's not a human being.

BTW...I like how you referenced 2000 year old scriptures.

OK... Instead of the bible lets go with today's dictionary:
FETUS:
1.  (used chiefly of viviparous mammals) the young of an animal in the womb
or egg, especially in the later stages of development when the body structures
are in the recognizable form of its kind, in humans after the end of the second
month of gestation.
HUMAN BEING:
noun
1. any individual of the genus Homo, especially a member of the species Homo sapiens.
NOTE... the definitions are not the same are they Cissy???

OK CISSY...
You can continue to believe Rand Paul's PERSONHOOD Bill is NOT an abortion ban.
You can continue to believe it... But then you would disagree with it's author RAND PAUL:

Rand Paul's own words:
"Will you help me in a bold and aggressive campaign to
end abortion on demand once and for all."

Yes Cicero.  Rand Paul Said That.  (So stop lying by saying Paul's Personhood BS Bill
isn't an anti abortion bill)

"Congress has the power to legislatively overturn Roe V Wade and end
all abortion on demand."

We have Rand Paul's words, then we have Cicero's lies about Rand Paul's words.
You decide if Cicero is telling the truth.

Box...In America, because of the constitutional protection, nobody can kill another person on-demand, it has to be LEGALLY justified.(except for those Americans on the president's secret kill list)

His legislation doesn't ban abortion, it gives the fetus the same legal protection as everybody else.

Above is Cicero's words
Below is Rand Paul's words

"Will you help me in a bold and aggressive campaign to
end abortion on demand once and for all."

So which is it.  Do we believe Rand Paul's own words, or do we believe Cicero's OPINION of
what Cicero thinks that Rand Paul's words mean?
You decide.

Hmmm...Interesting.  I can't find where he said ban.  I do see where he said about ending on demand abortion(since people in America can't kill on demand, there needs to be legal justification) but nothing about a ban on abortions.

Box is mixing words again.

Use a legal dictionary when interpreting laws.

Ban:
A proclamation, or public notice any summons or edict by which a thing is forbidden or commanded.

That's fine.  This half can stand up like box and publicly proclaim that a 7 pound fetus has NO RIGHTS and is just a random blob of cells.

Didn't Debbie say it was between  the woman and the doctor???
You seem so confused on that.

So... anyone with advanced directives  can request a DNR (do not resuscitate) even if they are actually
a HUMAN and not a fetus.
That decision is between the patient (or the family) and the DOCTOR.
I wonder if Cissy would be as rabidly against the death of a 270 pound HUMAN?
The HUMAN is unconscious and can't make those decisions on his own...
BUT A DOCTOR CAN.
Your blind rage against Debbie must have made you miss her actual statement:
The decision between a woman and a DOCTOR... just like a DNR.

so according to the ACA all the affordability is based on single person insurance, not family/spouse/kids......so I will ask this..
if a woman is pregnant by a 'sperm donor' does it involve both insurances? who's insurance pays? why?

this kinda becomes a mandate for paternity testing to make sure everyone pays their fair share and everyone gets their
fair 'vote'.....

the CDC tracks STD's, why would this be different?

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

If you want to see Rand Paul's America, just look at El Salvador today:

Quoted Text
SAN SALVADOR — When Guadalupe Vasquez became pregnant at 17 after
being raped by a neighbor of the house where she worked as a maid, she decided
she wanted the baby. She even picked out a name: Gabriel.

Then, on a day in late 2007, pain shot through her back and abdomen. Vasquez says
she started bleeding, but her employer wouldn't let her leave the house to get medical
care. Sick in her room and alone, she went into labor.

She heard the baby cry briefly, and then he was dead.

Only then did the employer send her to the hospital, saying she did not want to "deal
with two dead in my house," Vasquez recalls. She passed out, and when she came to,
she was handcuffed to the bed at a state hospital.

The rapist was free, but now it would be Vasquez who would go to prison — for seven
years and three months.

Vasquez is one of several women in El Salvador who have been sentenced to as long as
50 years behind bars — not for having an abortion, which is illegal in the country, but
as a result of miscarriages or stillborn births. In these cases, prosecutors have accused
the women of causing the death of their fetus or infant.

El Salvador, along with neighboring Nicaragua and three other countries, has the strictest
abortion laws in the hemisphere. Virtually no exception is allowed for the termination of
pregnancy, not for rape, incest, malformed fetus or danger to the woman's life.

Yet the law is being taken to another extreme: imprisoning women who say the loss of their
fetus or child was not their doing.

Four days after Vasquez awoke in handcuffs, she was whisked to a courtroom. After two
brief hearings, she says, she received a 30-year prison sentence for homicide.

Lol...Just when I thought your arguments couldn't get anymore ridiculous....You one up yourself.

Funny thing is...El Salvador has a lower incarceration rate than Obama's America.  You have a greater chance of being thrown in a cage in America than El Salvador. LMAO

The FETUS has all of Rand Paul's rights... The mom??? Not so much!
When Rand Paul's War On Women has women barefoot and pregnant ( or in jail ) he will
consider it a job well done.

Fortunately Rand Paul is only a backwoods Kentucky Senator, in a group of Senators who think
that he's as nuts as his dad.

Read the proposal box(since it appears you haven't).  Mom's don't lose their right to life, they just need just cause when taking another life.  Just like everybody else.

OHHHHHHH But the kick in the @ss for women is RAND PAUL WON'T TELL THEM WHAT
"JUST CAUSE ACTUALLY IS".
Is it rape? Paul won't answer.
Is it incest? Paul won't answer.
Is it a brain dead fetus? Paul won't answer.
Is it a mom with cancer who received chemo before she knew she was pregnant? Paul won't answer.

He says there are lots of "exceptions" in his law to outlaw abortions, but he's keeping them a secret
till after the election.

Rand Paul's War On Women is just beginning.
