Box has a Rand Paul voodoo doll.

A voodoo doll would suggest that I have some personal hatred of Paul.
I dislike much of his policy, but have no person feelings one way or the other for the man.

I did see one Ron Paul sign along Rt 30A.  I'm not sure when it was put up but it was there
from around 2007 or 2008 till 2012.  It's the only RP sign that I've ever seen.

I'm in Fulton, Montgomery, Schenectady, occasionally Albany counties, sometimes Schoharie,
Warren and Hamilton counties, and put on 12,000 miles a year driving... That I can remember,
I've only seen one Ron, and no Rand Paul signs, or buttons.

That's interesting because I spotted tons of them in Schenectady alone, this was during the campaign of course, he had more than Mitt Romney and less than Obama but that is to be expected in Schenectady. I spotted a RP bumper sticker stuck on a guard rail last week in Half Moon, no Rand signs yet, way to early.

My interest (other than this board) is in RP as a curiosity.  Much like Ross Perot or Ralph Nader.

RP gets about 70 or 80% of the interest on this board, while in society, he's seldom mentioned as a
serious candidate.

Then why are major news organizations rewritting stories 2 years later about a retired irrelevant congressman and former presidential candidate?

You seem to have a real problem with dates.  The story originated 2 years ago.  NEW FACTS have
emerged in the last few days.  That is why so many news outlets have been reporting on it.

Note:
For a board who is still posting about "Clinton's Cigar" and "Monica's Blue Dress", I doubt only a 2 year
delay would be a problem!

NEW EVIDENCE box.  How many times do I have to correct this bad habit of yours?

As for you 'note', are you saying Ron Paul is as relevant as Bill Clinton?  Very good!  You are starting to get it!

I would guess that Ron/Rand Paul is even MORE relevant to certain segments of our society.
Take comedians for example.  They've pretty much exhausted the Bill Clinton jokes and need some
new material.  Ron/Rand will give them a breath of fresh air and a trove of new comedic supplies.

Rand Paul haircut jokes are enough to add 2% to the GDP.
Ron Paul's racist Newsletter would bring $millions in sales to the White Supremacist crowd.  Ron has
always been 'relevant' to Skinheads, Militia and Southern Separatists.
There are Conspiracy Theory sites who find Ron/Rand to be VERY RELEVANT indeed.  The duo seem
to fit their particular specialty.

Rand Paul Doesn't Know What He's Talking About
                     (In Charts)

Quoted Text
Yesterday, Bloomberg's Joshua Green interviewed Rand Paul, and when asked
about the significant budget cuts he was proposing, the senator said this: "You know,
the thing is, people want to say it’s extreme. But what I would say is extreme is a
trillion-dollar deficit every year. I mean, that's an extremely bad situation. I would
say it's a very reasonable proposition to say that we would only spend what comes
in."

NOTE:
Interesting how the Deficit dropped dramatically in the Clinton years,
Rose dramatically in the GWB years,
then
Dropped again in the Obama years!

Probably just a coincidence!

Rand Paul's Presidential Race Is FINISHED!

If Randy Paul ever had a chance at contending for the '16 presidency, it's now over.
A key endorsement left Rand hopelessly in last place.

The Kiss of Death Endorsement came from none other than Sarah Palin:
" I’m on Team Rand Paul".

On Fox News’s Cashin’ In, Palin said she’s on “team Rand” because “Rand Paul understands.
He gets the whole notion of don’t tread on me government.”

Quoted Text
The problem for Republicans with a Palin candidacy is that even though
she is in good standing with the party base, voters overall don't like her at all.
She has a 39/58 favorability rating, including 33/64 with key independent voters.

If you think Palin hurt John McCain, just wait till the Palin Endorsement hits home with voters.
Sorry Rand.

Maybe Rand can get his dad to offer Palin another bribe to endorse someone else.  It's Rand's only chance!

TeaBaggers like Palin... Democrats, Independents and reasonable Republicans see Palin for what she
is.  A bimbo.
