AGain, DV doesn't know what he's talking about    Plows when through in our side streets 2 maybe even 3 times   (area between Altamont Ave Price chopper and Highbridge Rd, ie., that side of town)

You really don't read before you attack my posts -- I DID NOT drive in the Highbridge area or the Altamont Avearea ---   so my comments were about the side roads where I did drive.

Again, you prove that you are just a hate-filled person who attacks first and doesn't bother to think later.

All of the town roads that I was on today (both side streets and main roads) were in excellent shape.   There was a noticeable difference once I hit the city line.   Side streets were pretty much unplowed in the city and Eastern Avenue/Eastern Parkway was in bad shape for a major road.   Although there were city plows and dump trucks removing snow on the side streets just north and west of Central Park between Price Chopper and the Jewish synagogue.

... is that like "Irish drunk" or more like "Muslim terrorist?"

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

I thought Curry Road -- Route 7 was a state road.

While it may be a state road, it's plowed by county plows.

Ah -- ok --   In any case, the main roads and side streets in Rotterdam  are much better plowed than the roads in the city.   They must use a different type of salt on the roads because the ice is cleared straight down to the pavement on pretty much 97% of the town roads and streets that inspected today.  Most of the side streets in the city still have about a half inch or more of icy/snow on them.

The town crews are also doing a helluva job clearing the sidewalks with that little snow plow.

Quoted from Gemini
This morning, I was driving down Curry road and a car decided it didnt want to wait for me to pass.  He took off out of his driveway, spun out, hit the snowbank across the road, came back around, hit his own snow bank and then decided that he had enough.  I, in turn, nearly slammed into him trying to stop.  He finally got the car going and took off like a bat out of he11.  He made it as far as the underpass near Hess and slid sideways a couple of times.  I had to follow him down Altamont Ave and he finally turned onto Crisler.  I cant believe how some people drive in this.  Did he seriously think he was going to get anywhere faster than anyone else if hes in a snow bank?

I have to say I did get a good laugh. It was like watching Funniest Home Videos....reading this was entertaining....although I'm
sure it was pretty hairy for you....hope you're OK....
