So Peeper since you, Mr. Severson, Tony Jesenski the ilk spoke at the meeting to not give a stipend
or hire Eunice's former typist for the Deputy Town Clerk job, are you eating crow now?  You reap what you sow....
EE, you and your buddies created this mess. Have a fun time getting that job now.

I am perfectly happy where I sit and watch the continued self destruction of the GOP before our eyes at the hands of a quack named Kelly Rhinesmith.  You my friend REAP what YOU sow.

The appointment is the perogative of the Town Clerk and is not a civil service job --
thus it does not have to be posted.  The Town Board must approve the compensation
- if any - for the person holding the title of First Deputy Clerk.   (The same goes for
the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Deputy Clerks -- state law allows up to 4 Deputy Clerks -- the
only difference between the 1st and the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th is that the Town Board may
set the duties of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Deputies.)
For the record -- I am NOT saying that the Town needs 4 Deputies in the Town Clerk's Office .. only that
the state law allows up to 4 deputies.

Interesting...can you please provide us with the NYS Muncipal Law or Town Law that states this?  I'd expect that the residents may want to FOIL EE's decision to appoint Mr. Severson.

So Eunice buries her son this week and Severson works his way into the clerks office?
There was no resolution appointing him to the office and no mention of how much he is being paid.

Ron are you doing this pro bono or are you sucking off the town teet?  Yup smell like a puddle
of vomit to me!

I heard that ND asked to discuss "the clerk" at the 9/8 meeting and the discussion was moved to Executive Session.   And that it was ND out in the parking lot doing the hollering afterwards.  At least that is what I was told.   But it sounds to me like she didn't like the way RS got moved into the position.  I agree that it is a "pukey" situation.

At least he still resides in county which is unusual for this crew. When they eat alone-they eat alone. Don't ask them to pass the salt or peeper.
