There should be no tax districts and Mohawk can just bill privately....as privately as can be prior to national healthcare.....it's gonna happen and real soon
whether we like it or not......there are more seniors(Sal's seniors we can call them) than our own system could handle.....and they have what for
insurance(the majority).......This will slide right into the new 'boomer national healthcare plan'..............they have already had the shakedown of their
lives via the economic issues now and their pensions/401k etc are not what they imagined.......

PRETTY CLOSE----  NO THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT WILL HAPPEN THURSDAY.

Quoted from Kevin March

Really?  That's interesting...look below...

It hasn't happened yet.  In fact, the meeting that it's to happen at, the agenda meeting for the town board meeting to be held next week...is Thursday night.

I think Papa picked up the crystal ball that fell to the floor in the Super Bowl commercial on Sunday night...although I must say...it seems to be pretty close to what's actually going to happen.

You should meet up with him in church on Sunday morning - he's always campaigning on the front steps
Oh, did I mention, the church he attends is in the city - not in Rotterdam

So what if he does this?  I mean, if someone goes to church in the wrong place, is this now a reason to disqualify someone from somewhere?  I used to go to church here in Rotterdam, then I went in Schenectady.  Then, another church in Rotterdam.  Now, I found a great place, but it's all the way out in Latham/Watervliet.  Does this mean something?

It wasn't meant as a slam on WHICH church he attends, I was giving Ms Gadfly a location where she might find him, and eluding to the constituents he's addressing, not in the town, but in the city

I believe that MT was referring to what someone posted....
Quoted Text
I don't even know when Steve talks to people "all over town" - he doesn't do that even when he's campaigning!
I took it as MT stating that Tommasone DOES talk to everyone, when he is at church anyway. However, I'm just dying to know what detergent he uses and what kind of pizza sauce he likes...NOT!!

Now..back to topic....I am not in favor of this town forming a taxing district for a service that is already available in the private sector. This state/city/town has enough tax paid public sector jobs and it's killing us. This is clearly a no brainer!!! And if Tommasone is doing this for the meezzly 1000 votes, his opponent may just use this against him.

Why should we be paying for something when the same thing can be given to us for nothing? Or better yet, the
Town/Taxpayers might be paid for going to a private service......... HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
