Rotterdam NY...the people's voice  /   Chit Chat About Anything  /  My first Greta movie!!!

I am so proud of myself!! I took a video of our dog Greta today and actually was able to get it on the internet. I used my Cannon Power Shot camera. I use this camera for my still pictures, although it obviously has video capability. But I never used it for videos. I have a Sony Cam-corder that I use for my videos. So today I decided to take some outside pictures of Greta and thought I'd try using the video side of this camera. It really isn't the best filming but it is better than the dozen or so that I took and deleted.  Then I actually got it on the internet. I downloaded the video to my computer. Uploaded it to Photo Bucket and then put it on Greta's blog site and here! Pretty good for an amateur, huh?

We have an invisible fence so Greta won't leave the yard. So my husband threw her rubber bone beyond the invisible fence line and the video shows how she won't go beyond that line.

So here it is people. I promise to practice and get better!

What in the world was Greta chasing after?

Please tell me that dog doesn't just need anxiety meds :)

I had to create some activity that I "knew" how she would react. As you can see, I even had a hard time with that. She's so fast and she can turn on a dime. I'm not that fast and sometimes don't know if I can turn at all! :)

Before I checked this link, I thought the header had something to do with Ms. Garbo.  Very nice job, JoAnn, and I look forward to more "action" soon.
