With the all so many excellent questions being asked. Just wanted to add. Where and how would the chase have ended if the woman didn't drive to
the police station? Also does/was the mayor carrying a gun?  Even more so if he was or while he drinks?

Why would anyone drive directly to the police station if they were doing something wrong??

and what makes it alright that this Mayor followed them like vigilante.....when he gets to the police station...never gets out of his van to confront or

even question these women...

It stinks of something..........and the women had every right to be concerned....if the police didn't show up right away...then...the mayor's phone got connected

and he told the law who he was and what he was doing....he think he has rights that is above the law......get rid of him...

AND INVESIGATE....Vince Riggi.....you are the only smart one there..

He's lucky the woman didn't crash her car and injure someone during the chase. At the very lease he should be ticketed for aggressive driving

Aggressive driving can refer to any display of aggression by a driver, tailgating, flashing headlights, speeding or weaving through traffic are just some forms of aggressive driving. Extreme acts of physical assault that result from disagreements between drivers are a form of aggression commonly called "Road Rage."

The New York State Police define an Aggressive Driver as one who:

Operates a motor vehicle in a selfish, bold or pushy manner, without regard for the rights or safety of the other users of the streets and highways.
