SCHENECTADY — The Sunday night performance scheduled for Central Park's Music Haven has been moved to the Proctors Theater main stage.

Organizers moved the performance of Basseqou Kouyate & Ngoni Ba, a West African dance band, because of a forecast that calls for possible thunderstorms. The performance will happen at 7 p.m. Sunday at Proctors, with seating happening through the Arcade doors.  http://www.timesunion.com/news/article/Central-Park-concert-moved-6406381.php

It seems obviously just a way to take people away from the park and get people downtown.  The forecast was for very little chance of storms, and there wasn't even so much as a drop of rain.

Did Saratoga cancel races?

Did the Valley cancel?

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
