The NORMAL response when it is proven you LIE/are wrong

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

You said that there would be a Shop Rite in Rotterdam within 2 years (counting from November 2011).  More than 3 years have passed.

So did I. We heard it straight from one of the mall owner's employees.
to be clear....a few businesses have reached out to the mall with interest....that doesn't necessarily mean they are going to move in there.
let's use some common sense here. geeeezzzz!

If you are implying that it is "The Town" - as in the town government's or town employees' responsibility to manage a PRIVATELY OWNED mall than you are grossly misinformed.  In America, PRIVATE OWNERS manage and are responsible for the success or failure of their PRIVATE PROPERTY and PRIVATE BUSINESSES.

Personally, I believe that the mall's owner as well as the owner of Macy's building will come up with a new plan, new tenants and in the case of the Macy's building a new owner.

More EVIDENCE of your LIES

Um, DV, just for your info............Proctors, Paul Mitchell, Parker Inn,  the Hampton, Villa Italia, Marcella's Appliances, Bow Tie theater, Johnny's, Mexican Radio, Bombers, Wolff's Biergarten, the various apartments, the old DSS building, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. in and near downtown Schenectady, ARE ALL FOR-PROFIT, PRIVATE BUSINESSES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY

In YOUR very own words above, VERBATIM, you stated:

In America, PRIVATE OWNERS manage and are responsible for the success or failure of their PRIVATE PROPERTY and PRIVATE BUSINESSES.

Soooooooooooooo DV, do you have the GUTS to explain yourself and why you cheer for and support the ENDLESS STEALING from the taxpayers by the city/county/metroplex to give millions upon millions upon millions of dollars of the taxpayers' money to these PRIVATE BUSINESSES, MOST of whom have owners that are millionaires.

So, are you going to explain yourself?

You see, your beloved GOVERNMENT leaders are taking from and using the taxpayers' money to guarantee the success of these PRIVATE BUSINESSES.  And when the businesses fail, your beloved leaders steal even more money from the taxpayers (e.g., Metroplex bailing out the Parker inn TWICE when it failed).

Care to address your endless lying and hypocrisy?
