From talking to the city on Tuesday, March 3 (or earlier), that was published in the Gazette on Wednesday March 4.

Quoted Text
In addition to Erie, the city also plans to fill potholes on a section of Altamont Avenue later this week.

Mayor LIES.   Altamont Ave is still not done as of today (Saturday).

Lies about filling potholes

Lies about how many houses are selling

Lies about the qualifications of his assessor

Lies about how quick the snow is going to melt

Lies that there is no money for many (essential) services

There is a fckn crater on Watt St, that one is definitely car damage if you hit that   I must admit I'm getting pretty good weaving in and out of lanes trying to drive around these potholes.

the greatest generation that ever lived built the water lines/roads and told their kids they work this hard digging holes so they
don't have to

so here we are 2 almost 3 generations out that don't want to dig holes.....

I will say it again...$10-$15/hour jobs whether they be at a casino or digging holes for new water lines or fixing roads etc etc is not enough

the 'work and pay it forward' mentality of SS and the like of the system is making the next generation coming up poorer than than
grandparents...

show me the $$ trail

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

So the Mayor of Schenectady has to be an expert in predicting when the snow will melt?
Does a candidate for Mayor have to prove that they can walk on water and/or part the Mohawk River on command?
As for the potholes, I am not sure that the black top suppliers have opened for the season.  There are actually temperature constraints (weather too cold) to filling potholes.  My guess (based on the weather forecasts) is that we are just entering the season (barely) when one can effectively and properly fill potholes.

There are processes to fill potholes in winter cold!
Quoted Text
High Performance Cold Mix:
The "high-performance cold mix" asphalt patch is five times more expensive and does not last as long as the "hot mix" patch. It is primarily used during the colder winter months for emergency pothole repair.
Hot Mix:
The "hot mix" asphalt patch requires a temperature of at least 40 degrees Fahrenheit so it is used primarily in the warmer spring and summer months.

Thanks for the information.  Although, I think the fact that the cold weather version costs 5x more than the warm weather version would explain why they wait until the warm weather version can be used.

That's why it's emergency usage.
There is another patch method used in cold weather, but don't recall
where that info is.

Hang the liar?   The lying team.  Oh, you are talking about your self and your buddy McCarthy, the two of you make a great team, both clueless.

Still waiting for you to list the lies we've told.  You're probably still scratching your head trying to figure out how to disprove the numbers off the assessment roll that PROVE the falling city tax base.  Oh wait, you don't know what an assessment roll is or how to read it.  Or are you scratching your head raw trying to disprove that the city's equalization rate shows that Schenectady is the second highest over-assessed municipality in the whole state of NY? Yep, watch the "yawn" come out now, now that DV cannot prove these two items are lies
