Much has been said about Altamont Ave's moonscape but take a look at another gateway to the City McClennan Street. So bad at the intersection of Union that two barrels
are stuck into the gaping ditches. Avoid McClennan Street except in a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The entire infrastructure of the City is in collapse because of decades of DEM
patronism, friends/family give away PILOTS {also known as renaissance} and featherbedding. Fewer and fewer paying the DEM confiscatory rates. Great civic "leaders" like
John Moonboot on the pathetic Council refuse to pay anything and blame their constant delinquency on nonexisting escrow accounts.

By the way, do the barrels have reflectors on them so people won't smash into them driving at night?    


Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.  
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
