Schenectady County Community College’s Board of Trustees is moving forward with renovations of the Kindl Building at 201 State St. as part of a plan to attract businesses under a state tax-incentive program.

Downtown building - tax exempt thanks to a stupid governor

NO PROPERTY OR SCHOOL TAXES to be paid.

Cheer cheer rah rah, higher taxes on the homeowners to cover the taxes on yet another DOWNTOWN building!

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

What else is new? No business person is going to pay the DEM confiscatory taxes so it is left to SCCC, County or Metrograft to yank property off the tax rolls. Check out lower State-not one business open
between the DMV and KFC. The largest window treatment Downtown is still plywood despite what the DEM liars feed the media.
