and people should be getting a guard dog....if they are upstairs ....the pet will alert that someone is breaking in....OR...they have devices that is someone

tries to break in.....a dog barks ferociously

Residents have to be aware what is happening and be vigilant  ....this Town has become a target for this because there's nothing of value left in the city..

This is true.

A house 3 doors down the street was burglarized at 1 o'clock in the afternoon a couple years ago.

Luckily a neighbor saw them climbing in a window and called the police.

They ring the doorbell and if no one answers they look for an access point.

now they are coming in pairs and cars are dropping them off....they walk the streets........and phone calls to see if you are home...

they are street people....look at mailboxes and addresses.....find phone #'s....call them on pretense ......

people are not smart enuf to pay attention most of the time.......it's not safe anywhere.....not even going to the stores or malls..

BE VIGILANT AT ALL TIMES...AND DON'T STOP FOR ANYTHING ON THE ROADS.......
