Political bickering aside, I'm surprised they choose this location, there may need to be extensive cleanup from the laundry mat and it seems that this will need to be a complete tear down and rebuild. Plus it's a couple blocks away from the other local bars. Must have gotten this land for virtually nothing.

Great news.  The Biergarten is coming to Schenectady.  Now, all we need is a good Polish restaurant, a good Moroccan restaurant, a good TEXAS style barbecue and, of course, that marvelous Mohawk Harbor project with a movie studio and casino.
Every week, we are hearing more great news about the City-County of Schenectady's awesome RENAISSANCE.

And DV, can you tell us, can we opt out of paying the taxes on this place>   Why is it not OUR choice, just like it's OUR choice to have brush pick up or not.

What's the matter, your dem buddies won't give you taxpayer handout to open a polish restaurant?   Why not?

DV is so chicken to answer this.

Then explain why the tax base is falling

Why are home sales falling?

Why are property values falling?

Why are taxes going up and people getting fewer services.

Obviously the more your try to brownnose the city and county dems on these boards, yet your lack of ability to engage in intelligent discussions and provide evidence of the things you say is obviously the reason why all those you brown nose are ignoring you and not giving you a cushy job.

Their Albany location has an absolutely fabulous menu.

Spoken from someone who has stated he rarely goes out to eat and always eats healthy.

Of course, a person who does NOT pay taxes is shaking the pom pons in an anttempt to brown nose the city dems into lavishing the taxpayer money on him, but they are not even remotely considering it.

Looking forward to the Biergarten's grand opening in Schenectady and raising a pint to toast the amazing success of Mayor McCarthy, Chairman Jasenski, Ray Gillen and the entire team that is making the Renaissance of the City-County of Schenectady happen.

The cowardly cuckoo DV, the "big" cheerleader for the dems and their wild uncontrolled spending of taxpayers' money will NOT provide one teeny weeny shred of evidence of a renaissance.

Too embarrassed to admit he is wrong.   Or he's trying in desperation to brown nose his dem party into giving him some taxpayer handout
