Schenectady police late Saturday night were investigating a shooting in front of a grocery store on Van Vranken Avenue.

The shooting, which was not initially believed to be fatal, occurred shortly after 9:30 p.m. with the victim hit in the stomach.

There were no immediate suspect

LOL...i suspect it was someone with a gun....and it looks like the quiet spell is over...back to our regularly scheduled program here in schenectady
