he's gotten very 'city fat'....don't folks usually lose weight when they have a stressful job? or has he been grazing around the city?

Ok, I'm just going to say that I got up to 4:34 before I couldn't take Jimbo anymore.

First off he admits he knew sh*t was hitting the fan since Oct last year. I'll even bet he knew months before he got that first letter that his landlord was going to loose the home.

He should have been looking to move then.

Second. Who has he been paying rent to? Are you trying to convince me that he's been paying $700/mo. to someone that doesn't own the house anymore?

I'm thinking someone has been living rent free for the last 6 months. Why move when you know that the city has to go through a whole, long drawn out legal process?

I think this guy's shirt explains where some of that extra monthly cash went and those tattoos look pretty new and expensive..

So yeah dude, you're a squatter.

The city doesn't want you there because the city doesn't want to be responsible when your water heater fails or the roof leaks or bringing your dump up to code. I'm sure your landlord took that three years of rent money and invested it back into the house, instead of paying the taxes.

Your next vid would be 'Mayor of Schenectady is a Slumlord' with you showing all the crap that your former landlord let rot for the last 20 years.

Third. He complains that the city doesn't have a 'City Rent Program' and claims he would pay them $500/mo.

This is pretty much an admission that he hasn't been paying rent to anyone and that he wants a $200/mo. reduction because...You know...The city owns it.

'City Rent Program'? Is that in 'Ron Paul's America' rpforpres? I don't think it is.

The only truth to this train wreck is the title....."Mayor of Schenectady Racking Up Victims"

I am a victim of this....We own a house in Schenectady....We have already fled.....We can't sell it at less than half it's assessed value.

Mayor Mcthugg never learned to play Monopoly.

He keeps acquiring the lowest value properties and lowering the values to zero.

Everyone who loses their homes should simply put up tents and live on the mayor's lawn.

I thought the city would collect rent from people living in a house being foreclosed on ?
In that I agree with this man, if he paid rent to the city the house is not left vacant to be ransacked etc.

I don't know if that's a one or two family house, but if the landlord was getting seven hundred a month, it seems that the taxes should have been paid.

Or if the landlord got behind, a payment arrangement worked out.

Buck I agree this man knew for a long time the house was being foreclosed on and should have found a new place by now.

Its a shame though, so many houses already vacant. As many of you know the house next door to me is vacant. Now with the new foreclosures the two houses directly next door to me on the other side will be vacant soon.  The city has not even boarded up the broken out windows on the first one.

I know people have been in the house, just recently heard the house is gutted, that everything has been ripped out.

He is correct. And this morning I realized the grass is purple, and the sky is orange. Cows are green and dogs are blue. This is the reality that the homes are a good deal in Schenectady.

This is proof that McThug is a Lame A$$ Duck Mayor! McThug chased all the real estate investors out of town with his policies and has created a hostile rental business enviroment for landlords that live in the City of Schenectady!
