Police: Man caught stealing car parts.By Spotlight Staff

Rotterdam police allegedly found a Guilderland man in the process of removing a catalytic converter from a vehicle parked on Princetown Road.
#Ryan P. Glennon, 25, of 203 Pinewood Drive, Guilderland, was arrested Wednesday, Nov. 21, and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a felony, and petit larceny.
