the teachers unions keep voting in the same folks who pass their contracts and who keep passing regulations that
require them to teach such different humans....it's their own fault....if they keep looking at it through job security
and contracts instead of what the job really is they wouldn't be dealing with this issue....

again,,,,the system is cookie cutter fixed both on the contract end and the regulation end with no good results except
for empty papers to pass through life with....

being smart doesn't always (and quite frequently) doesn't need 'proof of breeding papers'.......but it does breed fear
in those who hold the papers/regulations
