Really, you created a road hazard, and sometime you may wander over and leave it in another spot to blow into the road again.

You are not the owner of the property or the signs.

You are just an angry mean spirited person that can't accept that someone is just trying to help the town look better.

You think he is welcome to clean up your whined about mess, but shouldn't be allowed to put his sign there showing that it was done by him.

When businesses sponsor athletic teams or other events, it is common practice for the business name to be displayed.

yep, I'm a miserable sum'b**ch..............I wear that tag proudly thank you

I think I will name this:

"The Triangle Pantywaist Controversy"

because I am sure DV will somehow become a part of it in no time flat.

This sounds like an interesting conundrum. So this fellow cleans up the triangle and then once he removes all the other signs post his own business signs up in their place??? Is that correct? I would just suppose that when you volunteer to clean up a public property that you don't use it as a place to stick your signs. Those signs belong on public property where his jobs are being done- with the permission of the property owner. JUST like political signs.

I applaud anyone who cleans things
up but I don't agree that they should be posting their signs there. I hate those business signs up along the highway that say "Earn Money from home" or "we buy houses for cash" etc. I see them on right-aways and on telephone poles too. Lately I have been seeing churches advertise in this manner as well. It grosses me out. We just don't need that clutter on our roadsides and I am sure there is an ordinance agin it.

BTW- LFL,

That link leads one to a malicious threat. My anti-virus blocked it.

I built the website myself. Free of charge.

It is a public free domain service.

I managed to get it to appear in the top few Google results, and my antivirus shows it to be safe.

Garrow Landscaping of Schenectady on Google.

There are no warnings from Google either.

Really, you got nothing better to do than discourage a 21 year old kid who started a small business in Rotterdam and is cleaning up overgrown property that you complained about, instead of just doing it anonymously yourself?

First you complain, then announce that someday you will clean it up.

You want him to be anonymous, but not yourself?

You should be welcoming a small business to Rotterdam, not bashing it.

There were no other signs there.

So you would prefer to have the overgrown weeds there instead of someone taking care of the property and putting a small lawn care sign on the property.

That would explain why there are all the unkept properties being complained about.

I am all for business. However, posting one's signs on right-of-ways is not right.

So would you like the property to remain overgrown?

What happened to your neighbor, the second meanest man in the world?

His account appears to have been deactivated.

I missed what happened yesterday. I was out for the evening after 2:30pm.

I sent Dan a message asking what happened, but he must be out cleaning up more of Rotterdam for people to complain about.
