Rotterdam is running neck and neck with McCarthyville for worst, most corrupt Upstate government. Until people wake up and restore some checks and balances, a two party system, things will continue to get worse. Glenville has improved it's bond rating and diversified its tax base because the voters don't buy the DEM working together lies.
