Implantation

Sorry to tell you, but the insurance companies are not male-dominated. Maybe the positions of the Physicians who make these determinations are (which I would probably give you on that point), but I think that most of the employees at health insurance companies are female.  In fact, I would place it closer to a 2-1 across healthcare in general, not just the insurance companies.
