THROW THE SCUMLORD IN JAIL AND THROW AWAY THE KEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The phone number for Southside is the SAME phone number for some entity Frank has on 1621 Union St in Schenectady with the SAME e-mail address.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!!

Not only does he treat humans like dirt and screw the taxpayers, he treats animals like dirt!

But those dems in Schenectady, those so called great leaders, they refuse to take his property away!

We have a terrible, heartbreaking situation with Frank Popolizio’s Southside Kennels located in South Worcester, NY. The Otsego County SPCA has been called in, as well as NY State Troopers, to remove over 130 dogs that are staked out w/barrels for shelter and no bedding in the barrels in subzero weather. The dogs are emaciated, eating their own feces, and in horrible physical condition and unable to fend for themselves. There are vizslas, GSP’s, Weimaraners, and Rhodesian Ridgebacks in peril that I know of. There may be other breeds at this puppy mill as well.

Please help me get the word out to the neighboring rescue people. The Otsego County SPCA is overwhelmed with the number of dogs they are going to have to take in and they have asked for help. The director, and contact person for this SPCA is a lady by the name of Liz Mackey; her phone number is 607-547-8111. This is a Cooperstown, NY number and the SPCA is located just south of Cooperstown.

Thank you for any help you can lend in this sad situation.

Love to see THAT story out of Ostego County. They'll throw him in jail for animal cruelty meanwhile the City of Schenectady turned their head the other way when a tenant died in a fire at his building at the corner of McClellen and Eastern Pkwy. Not only that, but Schenectady actually PAID for the evidence to be hauled away.

Which one is really the scum? Popolizio or the City for covering up???

SPCA removes dozens of dogs from Otsego County kennel
Posted: Jan 23, 2012 10:10 AM EST

ONEONTA, N.Y. - State police in Oneonta and the Otsego County SPCA are investigating the South Side Dogs in the town of Worcester for allegedly neglecting dozens of dogs.

Trooper Schliermann in Oneonta tells NEWS10 26 dogs have been removed from the kennel by the Susquehanna SPCA for poor health conditions after police opened an investigation into South Side Dogs in December.

Officials say they received numerous reports regarding the poor physical health of dogs living at the kennel, prompting the SPCA to investigate. SPCA veterinarians inspected the dogs and advised the kennel employees to make adjustments needed on behalf of the dogs, and the vets would return in a few weeks to re-inspect the kennel to see if conditions had improved. When vets returned, the condition of the dogs' had not improved.

Officials say the dogs were extremely thin, with additional physical injuries. There are some signs of possible abuse, but officials say that is unknown at this time.

Trooper Schliermann in Oneonta says he believes there were about 80 dogs at the kennel. Vizslas, Weimaraners, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, and German Shorthaired Pointers are housed at the kennel, according to the South Side website.

Charges are pending against the owner of South Side Dogs, Frank Poplizio, of Schenectady..............................>>>>.............................>>>>..................................http://www.news10.com/story/16578261/spca-removes-dozens-of-dogs-from-otsego-county-kennel?

And the renaissance in Schenectady continues.

This may be a story about condition of a dog shelter in Otsego, but Frank Popolizio is the city's biggest absentee landlord and he keeps his apartments in the city the same way as his dog shelter.   And what do the dems in the city do?   Charge elderly people with code violations for the size of numbers on their house, but Frank keeps getting off scott free with all his filthy places riddled with violations.

Just like Constantino, rotterdam's x-super, wasn't connected in Guilderland. That's why the politicos stay in the county!!! They would get eaten up and spit out or put in jail any where else!

Schenectady property owner's kennel under investigation
By LAUREN STANFORTH, Staff writer
Published 06:31 p.m., Monday, January 23, 2012

WORCESTER — Underweight dogs were seized from a well-known Schenectady property owner at a breeding kennel he owns in Otsego County.

State Trooper Walter Schliermann of Oneonta said police received a complaint about South Side Dogs, owned by Frank Popolizio Sr., and found animals that appeared thin on a visit Dec. 22. The Susquehanna SPCA and a veterinarian made a separate visit. Police and the SPCA visited again Jan. 13 to inspect the dogs and found their condition unchanged, Schliermann said.

Over the course of a few days, 26 dogs were removed from the kennel, which breeds German Shorthaired Pointers, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Weimaraners and Vizslas.

No charges have been filed in the case, but police are working with the Otsego County District Attorney's Office, Schliermann said. The kennel remains open with approximately 50 dogs.

The case has caused a flurry of activity on Facebook and pro-animal websites, with further accusations flying about the poor conditions the dogs are living in. Even the Susquehanna SPCA addresses the issue on its website, saying it does not know the source of the "rumors" being disseminated, but that it won't comment on the case................>>>>.....................>>>>.......................Read more: http://www.timesunion.com/loca.....04.php#ixzz1kKxKmwaW
