Obviously, you are either greatly mistaken or this is another one of your attempts to distort the truth because I do NOT always talk about "good catholics" .. in fact ..     DUDE    \You have your facts wrong....the Donut Shop has set the record straight..after a thorough rational
                        CONVERSATION and numerous cups of coffee and dozens of donuts.....

1.  that resident did not rip the plug out of the wall....Acting Dep TC asked that she not do it....and she didn't..and  it was
      to prevent further behavior by the speaker.....the police  not needed to be called.  as no one was  taking
        charge of the event...

2.  that resident did not RIFLE thru someone else's personal property....it was her own personal folder she was showing
     to someone else for discussion......every one is entitled to come prepared with their OWN pad and pencils.

3.  that resident  raised quite a bit of money for a cetain community  event ...all kinds of donations..you don't
       mention that.       suggest that you have your head examined....you may be too young for senior moments...

Be more forthcoming in truth for your observations and statements

Will the dates and times of meetings be published for the public (RESOLUTION PASSED) to ensure that everyone will
have the same notification and then there can be no errors  and biased comments on such ????.....AND also when
meetings are cancelled or dates changed.

This will keep all happy and more volunteers will be encouraged to assist in any events that are planned for the future.

And have a sign posted for the general public to where they should sit ...roped off....invisible electric fence.
and  with shock treatment  a lesson to be learned  of just where they cannot sit...liken it to a training episode...sure there won't be any complaints then....

Sounds a bit trivial but the residents do have rights...and most times their rights are violated.
by someone who thinks they are above the law. and only participate on a committee for ALL the community and not have exclusive rights to make false statements and slanderous remarks.

#1 -- the FACT is that the resident had to be asked to stop an unlawful and  disruptive behavior.

#2 -- the FACT is that the resident did rifle through personal papers belonging to this author

#3 -- the FACT is that the resident did NOT help at any of the fundraising events or other events sponsored by the commission

#4 -- the FACT is that the schedule of meetings for the commission has been posted -as legally required - for ALL meetings - both regular monthly meetings and for the 7 public input/workshops -  held in 2010, 2011 and - now - in 2012.

#5 -- the FACT is that residents have always been allowed to attend the public meetings, have been allowed to sit near the table and have been ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DISCUSSIONS of the commission and not just limited to 3 to 4 minutes of comment during a "public comment privilege of the floor".

And where are minutes of meetings online?  Lots of agendas, few minutes.    Why the secrecy not posting minutes for the people?  Why can't people who are involved with their spouses and children have access to minutes????    Maybe so that DV can make untrue statements later on?

Not to critize...but a lot of offenses were overlooked in the past....all of a sudden everyone is getting tickets...

And the steno that was hired because the TC can't take the minutes.....no explanation or reduction in salary...just $$$ added.
