So are you saying YOU will pay for these?  Speak up....insinuation is that if they are located around the town, likely are paid for and setup by the town...that means taxpayer money....so again Mr. Im-po-tent, who would pay for these new, additional decorations you propose....will any monies come from you?

I believe DVOR IS offering the service via his pay......

I will support that......hope they have class/style/patina......not milk jug style.....

I believe that it was the Tommasone administration that purchased the hamburg street 'snowflakes'....yes? And if I remember correctly.....it wasn't very well received because of the cost....yes?

In either case........IT IS TIME TO TAKE THE DAMN THINGS DOWN!! In the middle of January, it just looks so 'redneck'!!

It looks half assed like the rest of the town.  We have half of a 2 lane road, with mixed zoning of residential and commercial, decorated with gaudy decorative snowflakes. Just like everything else in this town, it can't be uniformed, we do things halfway.

We have water main breaks every winter, and we need to expand our sewers services.  But...We have money for beautification projects like winter decorations.

Let's not forget he wonderful appearance the green house with classy looking porch supports on Altamont ave....had a sign on it before that some "WE BUY HOUSSES" company was going to move in...but that sign is gone and the wood porch supports remain.  Looks like it was moved here from the hill

BUT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!......they have broken holy ground for the bank on Altamont Ave.....I wonder if it will have style/patina/class.....or just some borish, brick style cardboard box.......just the way DVOR likes it.....

What do you expect....this kind of planning goes back to whenever......

chopped up Town all over....and no snowflakes are going to add to beautify the Town...

better planning....and less rezoning.....for the convenience of collecting a few pennies in taxes.....

the PLANNING COMMISSION NEEDS A VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL OVERHAUL.   and that's the key.....most of them are they

REALLY qualified....  we know one who is not.....
