The person for which the bar was named had the dilemma of benefiting from the government cronyism because of copservative party affiliation, while becoming a victim of crony capitalism because of the same party affiliation. I guess Sheriff Dag couldn't pull any strings. |

Where's the Peoples Gazette story about how a Copservative Committee member and former Rotterdam Cop is put out of business by the Metroplex-operated pub? I mean you can stand up for the left, but what if it's being ripped down by others, also from the same side? Why didn't the Rotterdam Copservative Party have their committee meetings here to help keep the doors open? Working together works! |

The funny thing is, the Schenectady County Democtat Party election night party was held there. Seven weeks later they go out of business. I wonder if they paid their taxes like Buffardi.  |
