Teens accused of shooting windows

    ROTTERDAM — Two teens in possession of loaded pellet guns were arrested early Saturday morning after police received reports of a car’s windows being shot out.
    Darren Staples, 19, of Schenectady, and Dominick Russo, 19, of Albany, were each charged with four counts of third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor.
    Police were called to the area of Duanesburg Road, where they discovered Staples and Russo.
    They were arraigned and sent to the Schenectady County jail on $10,000 bail apiece.
    The investigation is continuing, and police expect additional charges to be filed.
