I would fully and wholeheartedly recommend that Diane appeal so that people can see the FACTS for themselves -- and I would EMBRACE a change of legal venue in order to get a FAIR TRIAL.. |

for $500. +....appeal to a higher court???.....don't be so stupid.....it's over and it's no....
Read the statement....and the legal system .....FDG .....and what the former Comptroller said as a witness...
and there was not enough to prove the case in plaintiff's favor.........END OF STORY....

Anyone notice that the Spotlight does not have the article re TC in Jan 26 paper...came out today....???
Again, what you don't know won't hurt you....it becomes old news...
The decision was made on Jan 17th.....and the article would have been able to make this week's paper...
No big deal...what the TC gets from the Town can't be"" bought" in another Town.....there is justice...

Who gives a crap how she gets to work. The point is she bit off more than she can chew. From what we read, she can't even keep accurate notes during a rotterdam town board meeting. She needs to see everything in writing. WRITE ON YOU ARMS/HANDS ROTTERDAMIANS!! Or memorize what you want to say and don't worry about screwing up your speech....cause they clearly won't know the difference. As far as her losing this suit.....that was a no brainer. She was working when she wasn't authorized to. Try to pull that one off in the private sector!!! She would have been laughed right out of town!!  |

talking about how TC gets to TH is likened to the DVOR cartoons.....joking and humor
And the Town is now paying for a steno for meetings and that is not in the budget of is it....and the money they are paying the
steno, should be eliminated from the TC's salary.....there is no reason why TC should be getting what was budgeted anyway...
