Our overpaid and hyper-political police chief made quite the disparaging remark to a town resident tonight after the resident spoke at privilege of the floor tonight. Several witnesses saw the gross unprofessionalism of it. The insult was to Lee's Trophy owner Joe Guiderelli who spoke about reducing the overhead in town government and believes that this sham Paulino budget does nothing to address the real issues that will make our town insolvent (he is correct.) The Chief said to Guiderelli: "You must have made a lot of money on all those signs you sold to DelGallo."

I suggest that he resign. He is following his two disgraceful brothers down the same path of shame.

Yeah it is disgusting, utterly disgusting that someone who is paid over 150 grand per year (making him of the richest absentee chiefs in history) JAMES HAMILTON- would insult a resident who dares to have an opinion. I really think the FBI ought to take another look at the toxic mix of politics and policing and voter intimidation. If only they were like the police of old- NON POLITICAL! But they have too much at stake to be non political.

They must want people to go to First Class for their political signs, you know, to help them poor victims recover from the unexpected fire.

Noooo, they want to order from out of town to save on sales tax (via illegal avoidance.)

Your right, I'm sorry...What was I thinking?  They could just have CVS pay for the signs.

Joe Surada why don't you stick with your candy and stop getting involved in other people's business.
The Chief and the Hamilton family are one of the most respected families in the Town and you don't even
have a clue about what was said. Get a real life. You are the one that should resign from your Republican
Committee seat. You have always been a trouble maker and will continue to be one.

...Oh my oh my bought and paid for man; you have me confused with someone else. However,  your posting is incorrect from alpha to omega (I know you went to community college so that means from beginning to end, DEMOCRAP IDIOT.) Besides, I pay taxes so even if I am not COP BRASS, it is my inherent right to have a say...did you not know that? I know you miss the days of Jimmy C when you had them all fooled, but those days are gone. People are waking up to the splendor of Shardon Court. Your dogs will have their day RTR. People are not backing down to you...

Joe has always opposed big government and runaway spending...and the cops know it....but I don't think Paulino had anything to
do with the budget....so you should finally stop obsessing over him...he isn't running and has no plans to run again. If you want
to talk about fiscal gimmicks, look no further than your Party's last Supervisor who raided the general fund year after year to avoid
big tax hikes so he could claim he kept taxes low...talk about kicking the can down the road....

You are kidding here right? If anyone is a rotterdam taxpayer...they have 'every right' to get into 'the people's business'....yes?? I'm sure  you are not attempting to stifle free speech...no?

Funny how those who speak out against the opposition are considered 'trouble makers' with little disregard to their thoughts, opinions, concerns or perceptions as taxpaying residents.

I believe it was rotterdam's nikki deliva who reamed out a resident when she was first elected. Shameful!

And as far as the hamiltons or anyone else for that matter being more 'respectable' then any other is clearly divisive and certainly a personal opinion. What actually constitutes a 'respectable' family these days?
