TIME STUDY AT TOWN HALL......get rid of the DEAD weight.
No one said that anyone was not doing their job....the lady is doing a fine job....

The other so called "Workers" need to know what a hard day's work is...

Like I said......fix the damn service to forward to another phone when one is not answered..by the end of the day
you find out who is working and who is not......run a telephone report....see how many in ...how many out....and how long....see who complains then....it won't be a taxpayer.....I'll bet that  can't be done.....contract...all this because "IT'S NOT IN MY JOB DESCRIPTION".....WHEN DOES IT GET REAL.
