Has anyone heard that a candidate for Highway Superintendent for Rotterdam was assaulted by intruders who were in his home when he was out- he apparently found them in his house and an altercation of some sort ensued. Apparently this is being kept hush-hush. But that is the word I get from my sources. My best wishes to him and yes- it is atrocious that the Schitnecktitty scum have become so brazen here in Rotterdam! |

I believe it was from the info I heard. He came home and caught these 'youths' (prolly' first time offenders if you are a democrap) and they roughed him up a bit |

No, but talked to two more people this morning who had heard. Apparently it is being kept quiet. It was a random break in during the day apparently. |

He got away from the scene of the crime before the cops showed up--but was done in by a shoe he left behind. 23-year-old Justin Lyman of Schenectady is being held in the county jail on a burglary charge. Back in September, Rotterdam Police say a homeowner fought with an intruder. The man lost his sneaker...which detectives recovered. Sounds to me like the homeowner had to suspect Lyman? How would they know to run a DNA test otherwise? I saw this article and it raised a lot of questions. They don't just randomly test people to see if they match a sneaker's DNA.
Anyhow, glad they caught someone who was doing something he shouldn't have been doing, evidently. |

So if they have the guys dna....does that mean he is a repeat offender? How did they have this guys dna to match it up with? |

In order to have a DNA test, Lyman's had to have been in the "bank".....maybe another bigger crime...if you get my drift.
