All I will say is that the Parks and Recreation Commission will work and fight to save the summer program and the programs at the senior center  --- and we will succeed in restoring them  AND we will eventually succeed in expanding the recreational and community programs.

Then the Democrats led by Wayne Calder should put together a counter proposal and show real democrat leadership on this issue.

Parks and Recreation Commission will fight hard to save the summer program and the programs at the senior center because -- THESE PROGRAMS MATTER! It will succeed in restoring them --  AND in the future it will make sure the town will be expanding these great programs. ONLY NAYBOBS AND NAYBOOBS LIKE YOU DON'T CARE ENOUGH ABOUT THE RESIDENTS! GO TO HELL AND TAKE DELGALLO AND BOOB GODLEWSKI WITH YOU!

the leader has spoken.....and the budget is a reality.....what's coming out of your pocket....haven't the citizens been led by the noose long enough???.....what pockets is the P and R committee going to rape next???
and who is on that committee????    same o' peeps...trying to show the Town they care and it's just to put another notch in their belts.....and think their saviors.....the devil comes in all forms.....

It's more important to take care of the people who need the help the most.....and try to be frugal yet considerate of what is going on in today's economy.....

Gone are the days of wine and roses......

The Town need DIVERSITY.....and a BIG change of command....and none but FDG will prevail

The tentative budget does NOT become the final budget without the say of the people and the rest of the council -- even though you and Frank DelGallo like to think he is the dictator -- he is NOT.

As for your nasty comment about the Parks and Recreation Commission -- we, unlike any other commission or board or entity in the town government -  do not cost the taxpayers a single penny.   We are also the only commission or board or entity in the town government that GAVE MONEY TO the town in 2011 ...  $0 out of the town coffers  and we put money IN to the town coffers.

The programs will be funded --- one way or the other --The community will restore what Frank Del Gallo and Bob Godlewski are trying to destroy.

He's right! The DEM morons will increase taxes even more. They don't give a damn about the oppressed taxpayers. Don't even mention the huge County increase? Read today's TU. The DEMS will reverse all cuts at whatever cost. Sickening disregard for the middle class and seniors on fixed incomes. Throw the bums out!

There are ways to restore the proposed cuts WITHOUT having to raise taxes.

That will be interesting to see how that is done.  Maybe Andrew can float some money down to the local level to fill budget gaps in order to save Schenectady County Democrats.

Let's see if the 3 stooges on the rotterdam town board will counter the budget at the midnight hour like they did last year. ND threw in the supposed als $$$ which was obviously premature cause it ain't there. Not to mention the extra money for the attorneys.

The folks that actually PAY taxes in rotterdam will side with fdg and bg on this one!! Although the democons will line up the frail seniors and the poor children at the next town board meeting!! There will be yelling and screaming and crying and those with canes, walkers and wheel chairs..............oh it will be a hoot at the next rotterdam town board meeting!!

the town should have been working on those sidewalks for all the walkers and wheelchairs, a decade ago.....at least....but apparently the future wasn't in sight....now it's here and we have our
