I still don't see this flying with the insurance companies. It just doesn't make any sense.  |

Insurance companies didn't have to cover it if you went to DMV for your eye exam. It was the person who was at the window yelling out your number that was grading you on the eye exam. There was no bill to the insurance company, unless you went to a qualified specialist to have your vision checked. |

I had to have that little paper signed by my opthamologist....the insurance companies will demand it via national healthcare....dont worry this cost will be passed on to the FED level in mandated healthcare.....in the RealID via EMRs aka:
Electronic Medical Records....pay attention
to the strings...NYS doesn't have to provide/enforce the eye exams because they will just exist...it's just an added layer in most cases now.....it's just that in the digital world there's no need of it at another building....
