Not necessarily...it was literally a 'settlement'...Brian Quail didn't want the case argued on the public record....and I can think of a
number of potential reasons why. If the case had advanced, numerous additional signatures could have been invalidated...but
there are never any guarantees....so the petitioners accepted the arrangement and withdrew their petition.

Why are parties ALWAYS hiding their record.  What it is, it is ... let it come out.  This is how we get ourselves into situations like JC, JS, FDG, DM, TS, etcetera

Oh yeah that's right...they WERE Republicans poached by the Kratz because they have had no viable candidates of their own for the

Because not a one of them had the slightest bit of principals when self advancement and better enrollment odds favored their chances as democraps. That wasn't a hard question to answer.
