The former Chairman of the State Republicans is working for these terrorists at $300.00 per hour. Isn't that all you need to know? VOTE THEM OUT AND REUNITE ROTTERDAM!

UNDER SIEGE??????

That is probably the most 'igniting' statement I have EVER heard in a rotterdam PRIMARY no less!!!

It would appear that the rotterdam democons know they are in BIG trouble. Well at least 'this' bunch of demcons!!

If I was a votin' democon....I'd be voting for the 'other bunch'. I believe they call themselves the REAL DEMOCRATS!!

The DEMS have finally had enough of the pathetic working together crew. How many more companies do you want to take Metrograft money to flee? Pay more so the friends and family can get a tax exemption. The jig is up and the DEM "machine" knows it.

The REAL Democrats will prevail on Primary Day ... and the frauds -- DelGallo, Godlewski, Cooke and Dufek will be sent away.

Shame on DelGallo, Godlewski, Cooke and Dufek for hiring a right-wing, scuzz-ball like Quinn .... the fact is that   Cooke wasn't even a nominally successful/effective chairman ... Godlewski and DelGallo wanted to run the party and the town like dictators/old-time party bosses -------- and Dufek .. well her tactics of ripping a microphone out of the wall speaks volumes about her approach to politics and civic discourse.    These frauds feel comfortable hiring the guy who orchestrated the 2000 fiasco in Florida that led to Bush v. Gore .. a guy who is knownthroughout the country for using the tactics of the "politics or personal destruction" to attempt to seize elective power.

By joining forces with Quinn --- DelGallo, Godlewski, Cooke and Dufek are not only proving themselves to be the polar opposite of what the Democratic Party stands for ... they are proving themselves to be polar opposites of all that America has stood for for 235 years.

Yet no one calls it imposing morality to prohibit the taking of life after a child is born. We’re told about a woman’s right to control her own body. But doesn’t the unborn child have a higher right, and that is to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness?” – Ronald Reagan

Yes of course they are the MOST QUALIFIED to lead their party, just like they said.  But nothing of value to offer the tax paying residents . . . .   Note, as always, Party first!

It's amusing that Avon has no problem with the NNTP looking out for its people only yet has such a hypocritical response to others...

fdg may not be the best super rotterdam ever had.....but at least ya know what you are getting. And at least he isn't another 'law enforcement' candidate. Cook is probably the only true dem conservative. As far as dufek.....don't like her....don't like the 'plug pulling'...but at least ya know what you are getting. Not to mention how the tc candidate DM snickers, rolls her eyes and make disrespectful remarks when someone gets up to speak at rotterdam town meetings. Folksat the donut shop mention this all the time. BG is a pain in the a$$ and clearly talks way too much....but he is a conservative watchdog for the taxpayers.

And NONE of them went from fire station to fire station to try to sell a tax increase to rotterdamians. And NONE of them even supported the tax hike. And that is where the rubber hit the road! That was the divide! FDG wasn't going to take his marching orders from a crew of democons that wanted to tax the residents.

Excusi....same thing. The brainchild behind a tax break for folks with in law apts.....forcing the rest of the electorate toshoulder the lost tax. I believe Excusi has an in law apt of his own.....yes!!

So dvr don't try to rewrite history!!! There really are 'real dems'....and it sure ain't tj hooker, bufarti and crew.

You don't know what you are speaking about -- Frank Del Gallo and Bob Godlewski  broke off on their own LONG before the  ambulance district issue  ----and those two proposed a HUGE property tax increase a year ago and refused to let their fellow town board members participate in the budget making process.

Cooke resigned on his own -- upset because a majority of the town democratic committee voted differently on a matter before the committee.

Personally,  I have no problem with an exemption for "in-law apartments" .. it encourages keeping seniors at home and near their families.

First dvr.....rems was an issue BEFORE fdg was elected. Remember the reps campaigned on the taxing district and theylost in part because of it. Get your 'historical' facts straight...k?
Second....the budget that was passed included rems revenue back to the town. It's not there now so it looks like there WILL in fact be a tax increase after all....huh?
Third.....and exemption for in-law apts is just another example of having 'some' pay for 'all'. And the fact is.....Excusi proposed this because he happens to have an 'in-law apt. Self motivation is famous with demcons!!

First -- I did not say that the ambulance district issue was not around ... what I id say it was NOT an issue between    DelGallo/Godlewski and  us Real Democrats --- until AFTER  Del gallo and Godlewski started acting like "lone rangers"  by excluding their fellow town board members and others

Second -  the ONLY reason that we don't have an ALS agreement is because DelGallo and Godlewski REFUSE to sign the contract   .. so the blame is again on THEM

Third - I take it that you are opposed to ALL  property tax exemptions .. including STAR and Veterans' exemptions  ??????????????

I have no problem with the "in-law apartment" exemption ... and Mike has a great family ... and they should be proud of the great job that he will do on the Town Board.

Rems was an issue DURING the campaign.....BEFORE fdg was even elected. Research your 'history'! Perhaps you were too busy knocking local businesses!

Bottomline --- the Democratic Party has an awesome chairman  and a full slate of committee persons ..  once we get past the Primaries  -- there will be a few new faces on the committee and some "troublesome" old faces will be gone.

We have been working together well under the new chairman and once the primary is past == we will be working even more effectively together.
