This is the yard that I posted about here:

http://rotterdamny.info/m-1313598136/

I'm actually having these printed and sending bringing them to the town hall today. I really hate to do this, but I'm left with no choice. I terrified my kids will get hurt, the fence will fall or what ever issue they have in
their house, such as bugs or rodents will make their way to my house.

I just wanted to share the photos to see if what I'm seeing is just as bad to you all as it is to us.

hoarders?

hoarders?

I'd say. I can't imagine what the inside of their home looks like.  They have at least 3 dogs, perhaps 4 and I
believe these conditions are most definitely unsafe for them.

At the 'very least' they need to check to see if their dogs are licensed. And I think that if one owns more then 3 dogs, they have to be a registered kennel.

They differ from town to town, but I would find out that as well.

I looked through the pics, are any of them of the fence leaning into your property where you propped it up?  I think that would be important to show how it's affecting your property.

Eerily similiar to my neighbors

Yes, a few, though it's hard to get a pic at the angle I'm at. the shed is closest to the fence along my yard and there is a lot of stuff up against it.

And perhaps we have the same neighbor????

Good luck with this as no one in this town truely cares

As every vote counts for those running and those in appointed positions

After 30 days you may get the grass cut by the town

As for structures falling down - we just sure 'em up

Unless they have porch - that the the town will remove and leave the building open to the elements

Boy KD, I feel really bad for you. Not only is it dangerous to your family and an eyesore, but it will also kill the resale value of your house. If I were you and I've already confronted the neighbor I would definitly go to the town and/or the county to try and get something done about this. Please keep us updated, as I wanna see what kind of results you can get.

Good Lord!!  That place is aweful.  I cant imagine the smell and also there are chairs out there and candle holders.  That means these people actually sit out there and "enjoy" it?  Ick.

I am loath to get involved in neighborly conflicts but it does look bad. However, there are many other issues similar that will not be addressed so don't feel bad. They have their "pets" and they have their "whipping posts."

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Like who is going to be able to make it? Between the flooding and the inconvenient time......it should be rescheduled....to wednesday at 7pm.
