Who cares? It's only an over paid clerk's position! It really shouldn't be an elected position. It is not a position that is representative of the electorate and is not open to voting on any legislation.

The Town Clerk makes or breaks the leaders in office at the time....the problem is when stale old time bread stays in the position and the same

         Rotterdam needs to have the Clerk's position restored back to a 2 yr. term to protect the taxpayers from the prior abuse.  Add the referendum to the November election!

Avon should determine what affect changing the Clerk's position would have on traffic patterns! I demand a full SEQRA review

Actually, that sounds like something that would have come from the previous town administration.  You sure they didn't do that study?  I mean, they did an awful lot of them, maybe it got mixed in and nobody can find the results of it now.

Who files lame article 78s? The only 2 I know of was one filed against the town which stopped the golden parachute which you spoke highly of here....and the other that prohibited the law breaking anti-democracy tyrant tracy donovan from breaking the law!!!!!!

Perhaps you mean the lame article 78 filed by george amedore to attempt to get santabarbara thrown off the ballot last year?  

WIth Jim Walsh as the attorney Amedore had no chance...LOL.   Didnt Walshey also get squashed by Salamone regarding Donovan Art 78.  Does Walsh even have a real law license?  Prob not since he hangs with teh other pretend wanna be atty Mertz.

Yeah, she is up there with Chavez. Imagine she sent the notices out a day too late before the meeting. If you followed anything you will find the county legislature calls meetings without proper notice frequently, but since you have been gargulling with A-jello's balls and he turncoated, you haven't paid attention.
