The grant money comes from heaven, and no one has to pay for it. Even us New Yorkers who are the highest taxed humans in America. It is free. Didn't you all hear they are giving away free Obama money so we can all get a free PoPo Palace? BUT LETS NOT WORRY ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHOSE HOMES WERE DESTROYED AS LONG AS THE POLICE GET SWANKY OFFICES, A PRIVATE GYM AND A NEW HQ! MAKE SURE ANY GRANT MONEY GOES TO THEM!
