We are having some outside work done on our house today. My husband and the guy doing the work were outside at about 11 a.m. when someone drove by in a car and THREW A KITTEN out of the car window! The guy behind this car instantly stopped to pick up the kitten. He took the kitten to the vets and paid $170 for a check up and medication. This guy came back to our house with the kitten who is doing fine. And the guy that was doing work on our house is going to take the kitten home. Both guys split the vet bill. I commend them both.

This all happened on Rt 7 by Schalmont School. The car that threw the kitten out was going west. No one got the plate number. Everyone was just horrified by what they saw and just wanted to get this kitten out of the road before it was run over.

What are people thinking who do this?

I'm just waiting for an FDG hater to politicize this and post something about where was the Animal Control Officer.

Hopefully it wasn't one out of a liter. If it wasn't, then there will be more on the side of Rt 7!

The police are a possibility to call, but sometimes they are busy with higher priorities.

The best place to call, and they will respond, I've seen them around Hamburg St a lot lately is the SPCA.   Call 755-9517, that's local

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Dirt balls.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Mark, who was installing the new seamless gutters on our house, was the one who adopted this orphaned kitten. And Ed is the one who took the cat to the vet. They split the vet bill!

I commend both of these men for caring and showing compassion for animals of this horrific abuse!
