GLENVILLE -- A 50-year-old Rotterdam man has been charged with allegedly holding a woman against her will inside a Socha Plaza laundromat.

Arthur J. Delorenzo, of Granville Avenue, was arrested Saturday morning in connection with the April 1 incident, in which police allege he grabbed the woman, kissed her on the face and refused to let her leave Cunningham's Laundromat around 6:40 p.m.
