A bomb threat briefly closed the Wal-Mart in Rotterdam.

Police say an anonymous caller called in the threat to the store on Altamont Avenue.

They responded to the scene and evacuated all employees and shoppers. The store was searched by K9's.

No explosives were found and the store opened back up.

Police are investigating and if you know anything - give them a call at 355-7331.

Constant over-reaction. Like when the kids call in bomb threats at school so they don't have to take the test. They bring in 20 SWAT units and send the kids outside for 3 hours while the dogs sniff for bombs that you and I and everyone else in the universe knows don't exist. Makes the parents feel safe. Even though anyone who REALLY wants to blow up little kids is a sick b$stard muslim terrorist and won't PHONE IN THE THREAT!!!!!!!! THEY JUST DO IT!
