That is total BS. Those waitresses can take tips and they deserve them. The kids who are counelors get tips f rom parents as well. I think it is unethical if you DON'T tip. And what about the little Christmas presents people give to the teachers at the Center? Are you taking those back? You're thinking on this issue is a little screwed up.

Have you directed your efforts towards the missing ALS money? Have you gone to TB meetings demanding to know where the money is? Employees need to follow the rules, that is why they were put in place. Yes, I know the police get discounted food, etc...blah, blah.
