Thank God I'm not catholic.....don't effect me one way or the other!!! Lent isn't mentioned in my bible. It's just a personal choice.
"Catholics" aren't the only one's that observe "Lent". It's also observed and practiced by Lutheran, Methodist, Presbyterian and Anglican denominations as well as Eastern Orthodox, and also by Roman Catholics.
