Call Nigro, I dont know the number.  Just when you're over there, drive past all those empty buildings.

I'd say just tell them you'll sue if you get hurt.

call fact finders or whatever.

Lastly, call the doughboy Ronnie.  Then he might have something to put on his resume under accomplishments.   "Called property owner about snow plowing on behalf of townsfolk."

Hey does Metroplex money extend to that shopping center.  Nigro is "close" friend with Golub.

The snow removal there is indicative of the slovenliness of the whole town, whose lazy slob residents can't even walk 10 feet to return a shopping cart.

it is not the town's responsibility to clean a PRIVATELY owned parking lot.   Blame the owner of the property and not the town.

I think that's what they were doing.  There was inference that this person may be linked to Golub, but I would dismiss that, since I wouldn't think that Golub's friends would own the property with another grocery store in town.  I don't know, but that's my personal view on it.

I though that Nigro owned or managed the property.

Yes, you are correct. The owner needs to take better care of that area, and the patrons of the plaza who are Rotterdam citizens need to stop being lazy slobs.

As for the gully near the truck entrance to the plaza on Altamont, is the town responsible for that? It's a disgusting mess filled with litter and shopping carts.

One of the last storms of the year in MArch and it is a big deal when parking lot is messy? I swear that everyone was instantly transported here from Southern Florida and never saw snow before. Give them a break, it is no conspiracy.

Snowclearing budgets are wiped out, the salt is used up, plows are down for repair, and a few people in the snow clearing biz are even away this time of year for a well-needed break. If a lot isn't impeccable in 24 hours when it should all melt off soon is a big issue? Buy boots or move to Puerto Rico. Typical pattern in late season snow removal business. I should know having a business to clear AND a plow. I used 30 times as much snow-melt this year, and spent an amount equal to what i spent the past 5 winters on repairs and maintenance, in addition to having greatly impaired sales due to weather. It is that way where ever you turn. Big or small, businesses are beat up hard due to weather this winter. Crybabying from the upstate NY public is a minor nuisance, but not something I heard when I was younger and winters were always like this one.
